Our Service Philosophy

Each person has access to evaluation and treatment at any time; such treatment, including emergency care will be made available on a 7-day-per-week, 24-hour-per-day basis. This treatment will be conducted in such a manner as to preserve the individual's dignity, as well as protect his or her human/legal rights. Persons may be served by the Agency through referral by a physician, family member, friend, another service agency or by self-referral. All contacts with the Agency are confidential and information is released only when the consumer's written permission is obtained.
