The Southeast Arkansas Behavioral Healthcare System Board Members represent a cross-section of the community.  The Agency's Board of Directors has representation from each of the counties in our service area. Board Members serve as volunteers and are paid no compensation for serving in this capacity.  Board Members are committed to the assurance of behavioral health treatment services being available and readily accessible to the citizens of this area.
