Quick & timely access to behavioral health services.

SAME DAY ACCESS offers persons in need of services entry into Treatment at the point when it is most needed – without the delay of waiting several weeks for a future scheduled appointment.

Same Day Access Hours

• Arrive as early as 7:30AM

• Appointments at 8:00AM, 9:30AM and 11:00AM

Services are provided on a first-come, first-served basis up to the number of slots available for that day. Appointments with the Mental Health Professional are based on the order of arrival.

Please be mindful there are a designated number of admission slots available on each day at each location. If the quota for that day is reached, we will make every effort through other scheduling options to see each person. If our Agency is not able to serve you on that date, we will give you a card that reserves a first place time for the next Same Day Access Clinic.

Uninsured

Referred to local DHS office to determine eligibility for Arkansas Works or Medicaid Expansion coverage.

Admission assistance then provided through Same Day Access.

Please bring a list of any medications being taken.

Payment Options

We accept all major health insurance plans.

Medicare / Commercial Insurance Clients

Bring your insurance card with you and a list of medications being taken.

Payment of $50 is required at the time of admission.

Medicaid Clients

Bring your Medicaid card with you and a list of medications being taken.  

Tier 1 Medicaid client MUST present with a PCP referral form in hand - do not ask your PCP to fax the form to us and assume we have it. This may result in a delay accessing services.

Arkansas Works Clients (Formerly Private Option)

Co-pays and deductibles may apply depending on your level of coverage.

Please bring your insurance card with you and a list of medications being taken.

Self Pay Clients

These clients will be assessed for urgency of care and provided information on service options available to them.

Please bring a list of any medications being taken.

For persons without a payment source, the Agency offers a sliding fee scale. The fee schedule is based on household income and family size.  No person is denied access to services because of inability to pay.
